Israeli government work

In a FARA registration filed in October 2025, the New York firm Davis Media NY listed one of its foreign principals as the "Government of Israel through L.D.R.S Group LTD". It attached a services agreement of 25 February 2024 with "L.D.R.S Group LTD." at "Habarzel 38, Tel Aviv". Under that agreement Davis Media was to take part in "weekly status calls with the Moovers influencer management team" and manage contracted influencers for $10,000 a month plus 15 per cent of talent costs.[2][3]

The Washington Post reported in January 2024 that "a representative from Leaders, a Tel Aviv-based Israeli influencer marketing firm, began contacting creators in the United States, offering to pay them to promote Moovers". The representative "touted content on the Moovers app as 'endorsed by Israel's Government Advertising Agency.'"[4] See Moovers.
