Mark Twigg is an executive director at financial services lobbying consultancy Cicero Group.

Career
Twigg has experience working for the public sector, between 1997 to 1999 he worked for Labour MPs the Rt. Hon Nick Brown MP and the Rt. Hon John Reid MP and has also worked as an adviser to the Bischoff Review (sponsored by HM Treasury) which led to the creation of TheCityUk.
In the private sector he has worked as the head of government relations at Direct Line - where he also served on the ABI EU policy committee and CEA Motor Insurance Committee.
He has also worked as a political lobbyist in Brussels and Washington DC.[1]
He joined Cicero as a director in 2003 and became an executive director in 2011.[2]
