Ltd, its ultimate parent, whose consolidated accounts are available from Karden House, 154 Derech Menachem Begin, Tel Aviv-Yafo.[2] Its directors are Ehud Gvirts, who gives a correspondence address in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, and Oshri Harar; Ron Daniel was a director from 2021 to 2025.[3]
Background
In a press release of 22 October 2020, Liquidity described itself as an "Israeli startup credit investor", then a subsidiary of Meitav Dash, which had raised $20 million from Spark Capital and MUFG Innovation Partners at a valuation of $100 million. It said that after the deal Meitav Dash would no longer control Liquidity and would hold 44.6% of its share capital. The release quoted Ron Daniel as Liquidity's chief executive and co-founder.[4]
