Greg Kirk is Senior Executive Leader, Deposit Takers, Credit and Insurance Providers unit at the Australian Securities and Investment Commission. He is a former Director of Compliance and Campaigns and Consumer Protection at ASIC. He is the former Principal Solicitor of the Public Interest Advocacy Centre, a non-profit law and policy organisation.[1]
