Discovery Park is a science and business park on Ramsgate Road, Sandwich, Kent, CT13 9FF. The operating and property companies are registered at 147 Stamford Hill, London, N16 5LG, the Stamford Hill office of David Schreiber and the Midos Group. The park is the site of Instro Precision, a subsidiary of Elbit Systems, and has been the target of Palestine Action actions in June and September 2024.[1][2]

Link to 147 Stamford Hill

147 Stamford Hill, London, N16 5LG is the registered office of the live Discovery Park vehicles. The freehold of that building is filed to Newpeak Properties Limited (03234332), whose directors include David Schreiber, Rifka Niederman and Harry Rothbard. Leasehold proprietors recorded there include Abraham Green, Jacob Schreiber, Irene Schreiber and Rifka Niederman. Mayer Schreiber is a person with significant control at the same address, and is the chief executive named for the Kent park.[3][1]

On the working reconstruction Mayer Schreiber is Yisrol Meir Schreiber, born 1993, Westminster, mother’s maiden name Orgel, son of David Schreiber and Miriam Schreiber (née Orgel). A park spokesman has told the press the estate had no connection to the tenant Instro Precision. The company register still places the landlord vehicles, and DP Instro Limited, at the Stamford Hill address.

Raids and protests

  • 17 June 2024. Kent Police were called shortly before 03:30. At the Old Bailey in October 2026, prosecutor Anne Whyte KC said a black team was to overwhelm security guards and a red team to enter the building; that guard Billy Dennis saw figures at the fence at 03:20; and that one guard was sprayed with red paint and another’s Land Rover was smashed with him inside. Nine defendants are on trial.[6]
  • 9 September 2024. Five people sprayed red paint on the lobby, a security booth and a pedestrian entrance. Damage was put at about £15,000. In June 2026 a Canterbury jury acquitted Claire Garcia, Christy North, Tea Southwell, Jay Smith and Reverie Menniss. The court was told Instro was not a tenant of the building that was painted.[7]
  • May 2026. Arms Embargo From Below said about 200 people gathered outside Instro. Kent Police made no arrests.[8]

Security

Court reports name guards, a security booth and Billy Dennis. They do not name the employer. Marc One Security Limited (12575629, incorporated 28 April 2020) and Marc One Security (Kent) Ltd (15091372) and Marc One Security Services Ltd (15091286), both incorporated 23 August 2023 with director Charlene Williams, use Fleete Court Farm, Manston, and a Sandwich registered office at Innovation House, Ramsgate Road, CT13 9FF, care of Kreston Reeves. Innovation House is on the park. That is an accountant’s address, not a contract.[9]
