David McGuinness

David McGuinness is Senior Executive Leader in Financial Services unit at the Australian Securities and Investment Commission. He is a former regional Director for ASIC. Prior to joining ASIC he was a senior partner of Blake Dawson Waldron in its Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice.^[1]
