David Chontow

David Chontow is a trustee of the Friends of Kupat Hakahal Kirhyat Sefer. According to the UK Charity Commission its activities comprise: 'The relief of poverty sickness and infirmity among persons of the Jewish faith throughout the world and in particular by supporting the charitable activities of Kupat Hakahal Kiryat Sefer'.

However, Kiryat Sefer, more generally known as Modi'in Illit, is an illegal Israeli settlement in the occupied West Bank.
