Ukrainian businessman wanted by the FBI for stock fraud.[1] Alexander Litvinenko and Mario Scaramella clamed that Mogilevich had extensive links to the Putin government in Russia. [2]

Mogilevich was arrested in Moscow in January 2008.[3]
