Oscar Elía Mañú, is an analyst in Political Thought at Grupo de Estudios Estratégicos- GEES (Strategic Studies Group) in Madrid. He holds a Doctorate in Philosophy (University of Navarra) and a postgraduate degree in Peace, Security and Defense Studies.[1] He was a panelist at the European Freedom Alliance conference Identity Crisis: Can European civilization survive? in Rome on 13-14 March 2008.[2]
