London International Research Exchange
London International Research Exchange is associated with the libertarian and anti-environmental LM network. It was active in the 1990s and denied Serbian atrocities during the Bosnian war.
It was directed by LM associate Joan Phillips [1]and contributors included LM associate Thomas Deichmann, editor of Novo Argumente and Tessa Mayes. [2]
