:James Kirkhope is responsible for coordinating a broad array of research and consulting projects on terrorism and homeland security. He has published in academic journals, books, and electronic media on political violence and domestic security issues since 1989. Currently, Mr. Kirkhope is deeply engaged in the operationalization and delivery of a variety of significant Department of Homeland Security initiatives.
