- Chris Sanger, Chairman of the Tax Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). Sanger is the Global Head of Tax Policy at Ernst & Young, and a former adviser to HM Treasury. He is also a member of the Exchequer Secretary to the Treasury’s Tax Professionals Forum.[1]
