ISAS International Seminars is a conference organising company based in Jerusalem. According to its own account it'has been organizing international conferences ranging from 200 - 2500 participants since 1989.'[1] ISAS 'is directed by partners with an unusual background in science, hi-tech industry and security services.'[2]
