Claire Perry

Claire Perry has been the Conservative Party MP for Devizes since 2010.[1] She was appointed an assistant whip at the HM Treasury in October 2013.[2] She became a parliamentary under secretary of state at the Department for Transport in July 2014.[3]

In 2015 she was re-elected with a majority of 28,295. [4]

Background

Perry worked for Bank of America, McKinsey & Company, and Credit Suisse before starting her own small business offering online financial advice to women. In 2007 Perry worked as an adviser to George Osborne before being elected as the MP for the Devizes constituency in central Wiltshire in May 2010. [5]
