Schnaidman was a director or secretary of the companies behind all eight charities named in the Charity Commission's class inquiry into Chabad UK and seven linked charities. These were Chabad UK, Havenpoint Limited, Pikuach Nefesh Limited, Worldwide Hatzala Ltd, Ozer Dalim Limited, Mamosh Worldwide Limited, Or Simcha and Havenpoint Worldwide.[8][9] The Commission concluded that the charities "were used for a non-charitable purpose and as a conduit to launder the proceeds of crime".[9] Companies House records his appointments at Chabad UK (06058021) and the Or Simcha company (06231876) as ending on 31 August 2016; his directorships at the other six companies are recorded as continuing until each company was dissolved.[8]

  • Masbro Limited (03697942), a residents' property-management company: director from 1 October 2008 to 31 August 2014. Companies House also lists a Jacob Schnaidman, born October 1985, at 55 Oldhill Street, as secretary from 2004 to 2014 and director from 2004 to 2008.[10] David Theodore Cohen was a director from 2012 to 2014.
