In October 2026 the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) register listed Samuel Groundland as one of the trust's three trustees, with Jeffrey Vulkan and Delia Berkley,[1] and the trust's report for the year to 31 March 2026 names "S Groundland" as a trustee.[2] Companies House records Samuel Groundland (born November 1965) as a director of the trust (company SC316740) from 29 October 2025, with the correspondence address 222 Fenwick Road, Giffnock, Glasgow, G46 6UE.[3] In a July 2025 Press TV article, David Miller described him as a retired Glasgow jeweller and director of the jewellery firm Edroyd Limited, based at the shop Mr Harold & Son in the Argyll Arcade, Glasgow, which Miller said is named after Groundland's father, Harold, and identified him in a 2018 photograph of the JNF Scotland committee.[4]
