AI sentiment-analytics company paid by Clock Tower X under its Israeli government contract

Eyesover

Industry Sentiment analytics (AI)

Eyesover is a supplier to Clock Tower X, the firm owned by Brad Parscale and registered under the US Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) as a subcontractor of Havas Media Germany working for the State of Israel. In its supplemental statement for the six months to 31 March 2026, Clock Tower X reported paying Eyesover $136,000.00 for sentiment analytics, in 3 payments between 29 October 2025 and 11 March 2026.[1]

Role in the Israeli government campaign

The money came from $15,000,000 that Clock Tower X received from Havas Media Germany in October 2025 – March 2026. Havas Media Germany was acting for the Israeli state.[1] Eyesover is not itself registered under FARA; its role is known from Clock Tower X's disclosures. The Intercept described Eyesover as an AI company and "another Parscale company receiving Israeli money as part of this deal". It said the company shares Clock Tower X's address in Medina, Ohio.[2] (Critical.)

Company records

FEC records list payments to "EYESOVER LLC" at Medina, Ohio (ZIP code 44256). This is the same town as Clock Tower X's business address. The payments came from GLCF, Inc. ("data consulting", 2025–26) and the American Principles Project PAC ($10,000 for "non-federal election advertising", April 2025).[3][4] The company's website describes "AI-driven data analytics" and "real-time sentiment tracking" for political campaigns and advocacy groups.[5] Eyesover Technologies Inc. of Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, which also appears in FEC records, is a separate company.[3]
