| The trustees' report places the work in "Palestine (West Bank/ Occupied Palestinian Territory)" and names Al Masara, Salfit, Burin, the Jordan Valley, Tubas and "the south Bethlehem area".[4] The register says "We work in the West Bank".[1] | High (West Bank, stated by the charity's own report and register entry) |
Support for the IDF: No IDF or military funding is stated.[4]
Controversies and regulatory action
- No Charity Commission inquiry, Official Warning or Gazette insolvency notice naming this charity was found, and its register entry shows no regulatory alert;[5] it is not among the charities named in the Commission's cheque-cashing class-inquiry announcements (May, September and December 2025) or in the September 2026 statement of results.[6][7][8][9] The charities in the Commission's settlements class inquiry (opened August 2026) have not been named, so it is not known whether this charity is among them.[10]
- Language about settlements. The trustees' report says the south Bethlehem area "is under threat by illegal settlers from nearby illegal Israeli settlements".[4]
