Support for the IDF: No IDF or military funding is stated.[3]
Controversies and regulatory action
- No Charity Commission inquiry, Official Warning or Gazette insolvency notice naming this charity was found, and its register entry shows no regulatory alert;[9] it is not among the charities named in the Commission's cheque-cashing class-inquiry announcements (May, September and December 2025) or in the September 2026 statement of results.[10][11][12][13] The charities in the Commission's settlements class inquiry (opened August 2026) have not been named, so it is not known whether this charity is among them.[14]
- Support costs dwarf aid. Of the £204,586 of charitable spending, £18,377 was direct ministry and aid and £186,209 allocated support costs; support costs of £233,466 in total included design and editing £58,538, payroll £42,820, partner services £31,200 Ukraine outreach support £20,669 and Ukraine travel and meetings £15,768 (PDF p.16–17).[3]
- Paid employee became a trustee. The charity's one paid employee was appointed a trustee in January 2025; key management benefits were £42,820 (PDF p.17–18).[3]
- Signing irregularities. The examiner's report is undated, the trustees' report signature has a blank date, and the balance-sheet approval line names "R. Barton, Trustee", although Randall Barton resigned on 2 October 2025 (PDF p.10, 11, 13).[3][2]
- Accounts overdue at Companies House. Companies House shows the company's accounts as overdue: the accounts to 30 November 2025, due by 31 August 2026, had not been filed there, although the same accounts are on the Charity Commission register.[2][1]
- Register discrepancies. The register still lists Robert Thomas Gibbons, who resigned on 1 September 2026, dates Douglas Bisel's appointment to 18 December 2025 (Companies House: secretary from that date, director from 2 September 2026), and dates the memorandum and articles to 12 November 2014, two years after incorporation.[1][2]
