It was incorporated on 11 March 2004 as a company (company number 5070736). It was registered as a charity on 22 June 2004 (charity number 1104484).[1]

Charity objects

The objects of the charity are the advancement of education according to the tenets of the Orthodox Jewish Faith; the advancement of the Orthodox Jewish Religion and the relief of poverty amongst the elderly or persons in need, hardship or distress in the Jewish Community.[1]

  • The charity also incurred costs including ground rents, insurance premiums, legal and professional fees etc amounting to £1,366,941 as well as interest payable amounting to £3,241,824.[1]
