The Sigrid Rausing Trust was established as a charitable registered company limited by guarantee on the 22 January 2021. It received a transfer of all assets and liabilities from The Sigrid Reusing Trust (charity no. 1046769) in October 2021, at which point the previous charity ceased function. The previous charity was incorporated on 5n April 1995 by Trust Deed.[1]
