Teneo was founded in 2011 by Declan Kelly, Doug Band and Paul Keary and according to their website, they work 'exclusively with the CEO's and senior leaders of many of the world's largest and most complex companies and organisations.'[1]
They reportedly charge companies a monthly retainer fee to up to $250,000.[2]
