Career
Gillingwater spent 10 years working at private bank Kleinwort Benson, before joining BZW and then head of corporate finance and chairman of European investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston.
Richard Gillingwater was the chief executive from 2003 and 2006 and is now chair of the Shareholder Executive.[1][2]
