Richard Gillingwater

Richard Gillingwater is the former chief executive and chairman of the Shareholder Executive and is now the non-executive chairman of Henderson Global Investors.
Career
Gillingwater spent 10 years working at private bank Kleinwort Benson, before joining BZW and then head of corporate finance and chairman of European investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston.
He was chief executive from 2003- 2006 and then chair of the Shareholder Executive.[1][2]
