Background
On 5 September 2013 ROSATOM and the UK's Department of Energy and Climate Change signed a Memorandum of cooperation in the area of atomic energy peaceful use.
The meeting between Rosatom’s Director General, Sergey Kirienko and Minister of State for Energy of the Department for Energy and Climate Change of the United Kingdom, Michael Fallon.
