Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners

The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners is the professional body for the trust and estate profession, which "blatantly promotes tax haven activity" according to some.

Founded in 1991, it is headquartered in London but has a local branch network which spans 33 countries, including many offshore centres: Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, the Turks and Caicos Islands, Bermuda, Isle of Man and Jersey.
