Michael Kingston is Senior Executive Leader, Chief Legal Officer with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission. He is a Victorian barrister whose areas of practice include Banking and Finance, Commercial Law and Companies and Securities. He was a partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions group of the Australian law commercial law firm Mallesons Stephen Jaques until July 2003.[1]
