Robin Shepherd
Robin Shepherd is Director of International Affairs at the Henry Jackson Society and a former Senior Research Fellow at Chatham House specialising in Europe. He was previously the Moscow Bureau Chief at The Times, a Senior Transatlantic Fellow for the German Marshall Fund of the United States, an Adjunct Fellow, Center for Strategic and International Studies and a Public Policy Scholar at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. Shepherd is currently writing a book about European attitudes towards Israel.[1]
According to Shepherd's own account, his departure from Chatham House was occasioned by the think-tanks's disapproval of his defence of Israel in a January 2008 Times article.[2]
Shepherd joined the Henry Jackson Society in March 2009.[2]
Shepherd is the owner/publisher ofThe Commentator.[3]
