Richard Tice is a British businessman who was chief executive of CLS Holdings from 2010 until 2014.
Tice is the co-founder (alongside insurance millionaire Arron Banks) of Leave.EU, a campaign group trying to persuade British voters to leave the European Union (EU) in the June 2016 referendum.[1]
