Richard Tice is a British businessman who was chief executive of CLS Holdings from 2010 until 2014. He is also co-founder (with insurnace millionaire Arron Banks) of Leave.EU, an anti-EU campaign trying to persuade people to leave the European Union when voting in the referendum on 23 June 2016. [1]
