The following list of Prime Minister David Cameron's dinner guests at Chequers was released by the Conservative Party and published in the Guardian on 26 March 2012, a day after the resignation of Party treasurer Peter Cruddas.[1] A similar Downing Street Dinner Guest List had been published earlier that day.[2]
List
- 8 August 2010 - lunch - David Rowland and his wife
- 7 November 2010 - lunch - Fares Fares and his wife
In addition, the following current or former Conservative Party Treasurers have had lunch or dinner at Chequers.
- 31 May 2010 - lunch - Michael Spencer and his partner
- 6 June 2010 - lunch - Lord Ashcroft and his wife
- 6 February 2011 - lunch - Howard Leigh and his wife
As Party chairman Lord Feldman has visited Chequers on several occasions.
On 15 October 2011, Chequers was used to host a charity fundraiser in aid of Mencap and 3 smaller charities in aid of disabled children. This was attended by a large number of people, including donors to both the Labour party and the Conservative party.
This list of names is based on records held by Chequers. It is complete to the best of our knowledge.
