Harry L. Radzyner is a director at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (IDC).
Biography
His biography on the IDC website reads:
- "Harry L. Radzyner was born to a distinguished Jewish family in Lodz, Poland. After the WW II he immigrated to the U.S. where he earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the City College of New York. Dr. Radzyner settled in Dusseldorf where he built one of the largest jewelry companies in Germany. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of IDC Herzliya since its inception and he founded the German Friends of the IDC. Dr. Radzyner and his wife Helena are dedicated Zionists who are involved in Jewish affairs in Germany. He is on the board of various committees of the local Jewish community, B’nei Brith and Magbit. As an American citizen, he is active in the German-American Chamber of Commerce, as well as in the Club of Industry in Dusseldorf. Dr. Harry L. Radyzner is not only a founder but also a central contributor to IDC Herzliya’s progress over the past decade. The Radzyner School of Law was established in 1994"[1].
