Arfan Khan is a barrister at [[LAMB Chambers] in London, and was previously at 4-5 Gray's Inn Square chambers until March 2016. [1]
Representing counterjihad activists
In February 2015 the British court of appeal upheld a ban by UK home secretary Theresa May preventing Pamela Geller and another anti-Islam colleague Robert Spencer from entering the country in June 2013. The two had challenged this ruling in June 2014, represented by barrister Arfan Khan. [2]
In 2010 Khan acted as counsel to anti-Muslim Dutch politician Geert Wilders in his appeal against the British Home Office's refusal to allow Wilders to enter the UK.
