David Ross is the former Chairman of the Scottish Chambers of Commerce, having been replaced by Scottish businessman Norman Quirk in June 2007[1]. Ross is a corporate lawyer and Chairman and Senior Partner of Biggart Baillie . He is the former President of the Glasgow Chamber of Commerce and a former Chairman of the Euro-American Lawyers Group. Ross has over 25 years of Corporate Law experience and is one of the UK’s leading energy lawyers. He also has extensive first hand experience of business issues in Scotland.
Ross is a member of The Leader's Group, the premier Conservative Party supporter group. Through an annual membership fee of £50,000 donors are able to secure access to leading members of the party.
