Sir Tim McClement is a former high ranking member of the Royal Navy, who now holds many directorships.

Career
McClement was in the Royal Navy between 1971 and 2006, working his way up to deputy commander-in-chief fleet, where he was in charge of 25,000 people and a £2bn budget.[1]
