Previous to this, he was an account director at Bell Pottinger Group from August 2010 – November. [1] In 2009 Mascall was an account director at MS&L Worldwide and prior to this he was an Account Manager for a year. Macall was also a senior consultant at Financial Dynamics from June 2006 until May 2008. [1] He is formerly the special adviser for the Department for Transport to David Cameron.
