Malcolm Morton is a researcher at lobbying agency Quiller Consultants.
Career
Between 2008 and 2011, Morton was a parliamentary assistant and special adviser to the Conservative Party and Mark Harper MP.[1]
In 2011, he was appointed as a researcher at Quiller Consultants.[2]
