Fiona Mactaggart has been the Labour MP for Slough since 1997. She served as a Parliamentary Under-Secretary in the Home Office from 2003 to 2006, and was Shadow Minister for Equalities from 2010 to 2011.[1] She is also a former Chair of Liberty.
Mactaggart is a granddaughter of Sir Herbert Williams, Conservative MP for Reading 1924-29; Croydon South 1932-45; and Croydon East 1950-54.[2]
