Henry McLeish was the second first Minister of the devolved Scotland, following Donald Dewar and preceding Jack McConnell. He famously resigned over an alleged corruption row claiming it was 'a muddle, not a fiddle'.[1] Since resigning he has been recruited by Halogen PR.
