Noel Malcolm is a Historian, senior research fellow at All Souls College, Oxford. He is the author of many books, including Bosnia: a Short History (1994) and Kosovo: a Short History (1997), as well as being general editor of the Clarendon Edition of the Works of Thomas Hobbes.
