Stephen Crabb MP

Stephen Crabb MP has been the Conservative MP for Preseli Pembrokeshire since 2005.

He was appointed Secretary of State for Wales in July 2014.[1] In this position he oversees, among other things, the overall strategic direction of the office, constitutional and electoral issues, foreign affairs and health.[2]

Crabb was appointed to replace Iain Duncan Smith as Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, following his resignation in March 2016. [3] He only served in the role until July 2016, proffering his resignation to new Prime Minister Theresa May on 14 July 2016, claiming the decision to be 'in the best interests of my family'.[4]
