Lobbying for corporate education reformers
Maitland lobbies in the UK for Bloomberg Philanthropies, which has invested in education reform initiatives in the US and abroad. The PR firm also lobbies for the Inspiration Trust, the academy school chain founded by Theodore Agnew. It operates 5 primary schools and 7 secondary schools in the East of England.
Potential conflict of interest
In June 2005 PR Week reported that the construction company Taylor Woodrow decided to discontinue using TMC for its financial communications work after is discovered that it was also working for a rival construction company, George Wimpey. [1]
