Alison Seabeck was a Labour Party member of Parliament (MP), she represented Plymouth, Devonport (2005-10) and Plymouth, Moor View (2010-2015).
Seabeck lost her seat in the 2015 general election to the Conservative Party's Johnny Mercer by 1,026 votes.[1]
Parliamentary roles
She has served as Assistant Whip (HM Treasury) 2007-08, Shadow Minister (Communities and Local Government) 2010-11, and has been a Shadow Minister (Defence) since 2011.[2]
