SJS came to an end on 22 January 2010 when its name was changed to Rellandum Limited in a form signed by Anthony Nares, the company secretary, one of two remaining directors.[14]

As at 5 February 2010, Social Justice Scotland has been dissolved.[15] The website has been closed down for maintenance, and the domain name is parked. The outfit has been rebranded as the Social Justice Foundation. On 3 February 2010 Heather MacLeod was appointed a director of the Social Justice Foundation.[16]
