Dr Ray Borrow is the Head of Vaccine Evaluation Department at the Manchester Medical Microbiology Partnership. He is a member of the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI). Borrow has occasionally served as a member on expert panels for Baxter Bioscience; GlaxoSmithKline (GSK); Novartis; Sanofi Pasteur; and Wyeth and has served on the medical-scientific advisory panel for the Meningitis Trust and Meningitis Research Foundation.GSK, Sanofi Pasteur, Novartis and Wyeth have paid for his travel to attend scientific organised meetings organised by them.
