Robert L. McDowell Corporate Vice President Worldwide Services, Microsoft Corporation. Bob joined Microsoft in 1990 to establish its Consulting Services and grew that organization to over 1,200 people located in over 40 countries.

In 1995, he became Vice President of the Enterprise Customer Unit, covering the sales and marketing strategies for technology and services to the largest corporate customers. Before joining Microsoft, he spent seven years as a partner with Ernst & Young, seven years in the financial services industry and eight years in the Department of Defense.

Bob has served on the board of Visio Corporation, Entevo Corporation and as a member of the Virginia Commission on Information Technology. He is a board member of the Virginia Military Institute Foundation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Virginia Military Institute and a Master of Science degree in business administration from Boston University.
