Joseph J Woolfson (born 1898, Gorbals, died 1987, Eastwood and Mearns, mothers' maiden name: Gerber) was a prominent Glasgow Zionist and brother of Edward Woolfson. He married Rose Woolfson (nee Lazarus) in 1924 in Milton.[1]

- 1949 - SILVER WEDDING Mr and Mrs Joseph Woolfson, 142 Terregles Avenue, have pleasure in announcing the twenty-fifth anniversary of their wedding which took place at Garnethill Synagogue on 3rd September, 1924.[2]
- 1948 - 'Miss I. Woolfson' at 142 Terregles Ave was the contact for tickets for a Glasgow Young Zionist Organisation even to the Maccabi Hall in Turriff Street on Sunday 18 April 1948.[3]
- 1940 - Rose Woolfson was listed as the Proprietor of 142 Terregles Avenue, Pollokshields, Glasgow in Valuation records.[4]
