The J. Kasner Foundation states that it "was founded in London in 1967 by the late Josef Kasner, a man who considered it his duty and privilege to strengthen and support the Jewish People."[1]

It would appear to have some relationship with The Kasner Charitable Trust, since Baruch Erlich is associated with both..
