Ethan Chernofsky was a 2008 Asper Fellow at the Asper Institute for New Media Diplomacy of IDC Herzliya.[1]
He has also studied in the IDC's Lauder School of Government, Diplomacy and Strategy.[2]
As part of the course, Chernofsky took part in creating a video promoting Israel:
