The Rubin Foundation Charitable Trust, headed by Robert Stephen Rubin, the chairman of sporting goods corporation Pentland Group plc, gave £55,250 to Civitas between 2007 and 2009 and during the same period also gave over half a million pounds to the UJIA.[1] The trust gave another donation of £1,000 to Civitas in 2013.[2]
